  1. To install, make a directory on your hard drive,
  2. copy the "INSRL14.EXE" file to the directory and run
  3. it.  It will uncompress itself into several files.
  4. You can then delete INSRL14.EXE.  To
  5. start the program (after you do the above)
  6. type instarel
